Lá, fui gentilmente recebido e conduzido pela recepcionista para um ambiente de espera. Sérgio, o funcionário que me atendeu foi muito prestativo e esclarecedor com relação às minhas dúvidas. Essa atitude me fez retornar no dia posterior para dar andamento no assunto tratado e, mais uma vez, fui surpreendido pela cordialidade, interesse e atitude prestativa pelo mesmo funcionário. Sérgio demonstrou todo o tempo interesse em resolver o meu caso. No mais, recomendo o escritório e agradeço o atendimento recebido.
I looked for this office because I was unsure about my income tax return. There, I was kindly received and led by the receptionist to a waiting environment. Sérgio, the employee who attended me was very helpful and enlightening regarding my doubts. This attitude made me return the next day to proceed with the subject matter and, once again, I was surprised by the cordiality, interest and helpful attitude by the same employee. Sérgio showed interest in solving my case all the time. In addition, I recommend the office and thank you for the service received.
