★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única estrela é para o administrativo e vendas. O pessoal que instalam, que dão suporte (os técnicos) são ótimos, mas as vendedoras, o administrativo são péssimos. Pedi informação mais de uma vez se passava fibra ótica na minha rua várias vezes para o administrativo desde janeiro falavam que iam ver e nunca me retornavam até que quase fiquei sem fibra otica porque só tinha 3 pontas de fio. Não retornam, comigo foi agendada uma visita desde 12 de maio e até agora estou esperando para confirmar se velocidade de 40mg está chegando mesmo porque pela minha medição não estava batendo, mas enfim tive que me virar para confirmar a velocidade do plano que comprei. Um detalhe besta que talves eles vão perder um cliente! Pelo menos comigo estão tratando com muito desprezo, já que sou cliente a um ano e meio.
The only star is for the administrative and sales. The people who install, who support (the technicians) are great, but the salespeople, the administrative staff are terrible. I asked for information more than once if optical fiber was passed on my street several times to the administrative since January they said they were going to see it and never returned to me until I almost ran out of optical fiber because it only had 3 wire ends. They do not return, with me a visit has been scheduled since May 12th and so far I am waiting to confirm if the speed of 40mg is coming because my measurement was not hitting, but finally I had to turn around to confirm the speed of the plan I bought. A silly detail that maybe they will lose a customer! At least they treat me with great contempt, since I have been a client for a year and a half.
