Em resumo: propuseram um serviço que não tinham condiçoes de executar, e no momento de executar o serviço (mais de 90 dias apos o pagamento e assinatura de contrato), disseram que eu precisaria adquirir mais um item, e ainda pagar pela instalacao do item (1300$) para que a instalação da piscina fosse possivel.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The company apologized, but the fact is that I was harmed financially.
In summary: they proposed a service that they were unable to perform, and at the time of performing the service (more than 90 days after payment and signing the contract), they said that I would need to purchase one more item, and still pay for the installation of the item (1300$) so that the installation of the pool was possible.
