★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já a tempos a qualidade no serviço tem caído mas hoje (24/01/2021) presencialmente em um grupo grande (10 adultos e 2 crianças) fomos; ignorados, tratados com arrogância, não anotaram nosso pedido e ainda nos deixaram esperando por mais de 1h!
Podem ter um bom lanche mas o serviço tá caindo MUITO!
 The quality of service has been declining for some time but today (01/24/2021) in person in a large group (10 adults and 2 children) we went; ignored, treated with arrogance, did not take our order and even left us waiting for more than 1h!
You can have a good snack but the service is dropping A LOT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do lanche mais ultimamente ,acho que pela demora a taxa de entrega deveria ser grátis pois tenho costume de pedir e toda vez o atraso tem sido de mais de uma hora ,as vezes é uma hora e meia então acho que deveriam rever isso aí o lanche já chega frio e as vezes a gente já perdeu até a vontade
I like the snack more lately, I think that due to the delay the delivery fee should be free because I tend to order and every time the delay has been more than an hour, sometimes it is an hour and a half so I think you should review it there snack already arrives cold and sometimes we even lost the will

Só ir até lá e pedir uma mesinha ou se tiver com preguiça, entrega..
A porção de batata é uma das mais caprichadas que eu já vi por um preço super justo e eu nem sei quantos sanduíches eu já comi lá, com certeza perdi a conta..

The potato portion is one of the nicest I've ever seen at a super fair price and I don't even know how many sandwiches I've eaten there, I certainly lost count.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito dos lanches, principalmente a batata, minha única observação é que eles não tem um adicional de cheddar, e por isso você só come a camada de cima com os temperos e molhos... Se vocês permitirem pagarmos um adicional ficaria perfeito!
I really like the snacks, especially potatoes, my only observation is that they don't have an additional cheddar, so you only eat the top layer with the spices and sauces... If you allow us to pay an additional, it would be perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche horrível, não consegui comer até final. Na primeira mordida já me arrependi, vc pede completo e vem um kilo de batata palha com cheiro e gosto esquisitos. Os "molhos" são ruins, desses comprados prontos de baixa qualidade, ketchup rosa e por aí vai. A batata é aquela de supermercado, que quando chega no final na embalagem só fritam uns cotocos de batata. Um amigo me levou lá ontem elogiando, não sei como viu. Agora ele me liga dizendo que vomitou tudo, que passou muito mal, sendo que ele só comeu isso.
Horrible snack, I couldn't eat until the end. In the first bite I already regretted it, you order it complete and a kilo of straw potatoes comes with a weird smell and taste. The "sauces" are bad, those bought ready-made of low quality, pink ketchup and so on. The potato is the one from the supermarket, which when it reaches the end of the package, they only fry a few potato stumps. A friend took me there yesterday praising, I don't know how he saw it. Now he calls me saying that he threw up everything, that he felt really bad, since he just ate it.

A total disregard, I never ask for anything again! I placed an order 21:40, called 00:00 and they said they would still deliver, I'm still waiting today.
