★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou terminando minha décima sessão totalmente insatisfeita... em 10 sessões o pelo ainda continua crescendo sendo que nao tomo sol, hidrato diariamente a pele passo protetor solar nao uso shorts sempre tomando o maior cuidado possivel porém ainda crescem pelos exessivamente e tem regioes que nao mudou em nada como nas coxas pernas... eu vou fazer as sessões por obrigacao mesmo porque nao tenho o minimo prazer em ir la vc nao se sente confortavel e o atendimento da recepcao nao é como deveria ser percebi que cada tipo de pessoa tem um tipo de tratamento/atendimento pra moça que fica na recepcao, agente chega na frente pra ir fazer a sessao ela simplesmente olha e nao fala nd nao fala um bom dia um boa tarde simplesmente olha pra gente e desfaz da gente, nós q temos q perguntar se ja pode entrar para ir fazer a sessao... pior investimento que ja fiz, infelizmente foi dinheiro perdido pra mim!
I'm ending my tenth session totally unsatisfied... in 10 sessions the hair is still growing and I don't take the sun, hydrate the skin daily, I use sunscreen I don't wear shorts, always taking the greatest care possible but it still grows excessively and there are regions that don't nothing has changed like in the thighs legs... I'm going to do the sessions out of obligation because I don't have the slightest pleasure in going there, you don't feel comfortable and the reception service is not as it should be, I realized that each type of person has one type of treatment/service for the girl who stays at the reception, the agent arrives at the front to go to the session, she just looks and doesn't say and doesn't say good morning, good afternoon, just look at us and get rid of us, we have to ask if you can log in to go do the session... worst investment I've ever made, unfortunately it was lost money for me!

I've been a customer for over 2 years and I love it! I've done laser hair removal, microneedling, drainage and other procedures. It is the best cost/benefit clinic I know, I highly recommend it!!

Completely dissatisfied with the lack of response and respect! They don't schedule the session at the right time. I don't recommend it to anyone. A pity, until the 4th session everything is going well. Now the lack of response and respect is unacceptable.
