★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe levou minha cachorra para tomar banho as 16hrs, já havia se passado mais de 1 hora e meia, eu fui busca-la, para minha surpresa, me falaram que ainda iria demorar “mais um pouquinho”, perguntei quanto tempo e ainda demoraria mais 40 minutos, perguntei se ja haviam começado o banho e me disseram que não, achei totalmente um descaso visto que os cães já ficam estressados ao ir tomar banho, imagine ficar 1h30 em uma gaiola com outros cachorros. Além de que minha mãe reclamou que ja foi a segunda vez que a maltrataram na recepção. Tentei falar um responsável e me disseram que ele ou ela não estava lá! Situação totalmente desgastante para nossa cachorra, e imagine só dar um banho de 40 minutos em uma cachorra peluda? Seria um banho muito mau feito! Fui embora sem minha cachorra tomar banho e muito brava! Não irei mais voltar! Fica aqui meu desabafo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a segunda vez que levo. a primeira eles cortarao onde pedi para nao cortarem, e agora levei para dar banho e cobraram para desembaraçar e ligação falando não não teria como desembaraçar e pedirão para tosa é permiti quando chegou eles tinha rodado até o rabo. E contarão ele em vários lugares vi que ele tava reclamando é fui ver e estava todo cortado o rabo com um corte é até o mamilo tava cortado deixei umas imagem dos ferimentos que já estão cicatrizadas. E ainda falei com eles e eles não responderão nem com um desculpa triste isso .
