They deliver at home, but I preferred to go to the store to find out before making the first purchase. Everything brand new and well organized, exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De início funcionários educados bem treinados....mas fiquei decepcionado por saber de descontos que não recebi desde a inauguração da loja ..... além disso .....o valor praticado do meu produto estava muito acima do mercado e p não cancelar peguei um vale p próxima compra dando um desconto que eu já teria normalmente. Infelizmente a loja é próxima da minha casa mas vou procurar outra p comprar.
At first polite, well-trained employees....but I was disappointed to hear about discounts that I haven't received since the store opened. cancel I got a voucher for the next purchase giving a discount that I would normally have. Unfortunately the store is close to my house but I will look for another one to buy.

Terrible service via WhatsApp and call. The attendants are rude, it looks like we're doing you a favor by taking our pets here. I have been a customer since the opening of the units and every time I seek service I have a problem.

Não tive um parecer da loja, entrei em contato pelo watts, péssimo atendimento, e cia telefone tbem. Independente do preço ser um pouco mais acessível, o atendimento deveria ser excelente.

I placed the order through the website, where I had the delivery information in 2 hours, and today is another day and I haven't even received the order yet. I didn't have an opinion from the store, I got in touch by watts, bad service, and cia phone tbem. Regardless of the price being a little more affordable, the service should be excellent.
