★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo quando pedia era super ótimo, mas de uns tempos pra cá estão relaxando, mandando açaí se item que a gente pediu, tirando itens do cardápio e cobrando a mais pelo item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 2 lanches e 1 porção de batata frita e 2 açaís os açaís vieram tudo certo porém a porção veio encharcada de óleo e murcha e o lanche de frango veio o frango cru a impressão foi que só viraram o frango na chapa mandei mensagem no WhatsApp deles mais fizeram questão de visualizar e nem responder... Eu fiquei super decepcionada com oque fizeram pq eu amava o açaí deles e eu sempre comprei com eles desde o começo mais fiquei decepcionada com oque fizeram não tiveram nem a consideração de pedirem desculpa pelo ocorrido..... Desde o começo Nunca tive problemas com os lanches do cantinho do açaí mais de uns tempos pra cá deixaram muito a desejar infelizmente
I ordered 2 snacks and 1 portion of french fries and 2 açaí the açaí came all right but the portion came drenched in oil and wilted and the chicken snack came the raw chicken the impression was that they only turned the chicken on the plate I sent a message on WhatsApp most made a point of viewing and not even responding ... I was super disappointed with what they did because I loved their açaí and I always bought with them from the beginning but I was disappointed with what they did not even had the consideration of apologizing for what happened. .... mais ontem me decepcionei fiz um pedido era 00:05 era 2:35 a moça falou que estava tudo atrasado por conta do motoboy ok questionei por que ela não avisou o que tinha acontecido por que eu ia cancelar
mais em fim uma atendente mão educada que não soube conversar , disse que meu pedido já estava a caminho deu 3 horas da manhã nada do meu pedido ele não foi entregue , eu fiquei da 00:00 até às 3 da manhã esperando um lanche que não chegou e ainda nem me deram um retorno sério fiquei muito decepcionada ! atendimento péssimo , sem consideração com o cliente !
