★ ★ ★ ★ ★ já fui pessoalmente lá tentar obter algumas informações e/ou resolver alguns detalhes...mas não obtive sucesso. Um péssimo atendimento...coisa do outro mundo; Via telefone...só não é pior porque eles não atendem o telefone...ahahahhahaha
I have personally gone there trying to get some information and / or to sort out some details ... but I was unsuccessful. Bad service ... out of this world; Via phone ... just no worse because they don't answer the phone ... ahahahhahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desumano, extremamente lento, vale mencionar que o ambiente é totalmente quente sem nenhum tipo de ventilação para as pessoas presentes, que em 90% dos casos são idosos. Já fazem alguns meses que o ar condicionado está quebrado e não se movem para oferecer um pingo de conforto para as pessoas que esperam horas e mais horas para serem atendidas.
Inhumane service, extremely slow, it is worth mentioning that the environment is totally warm without any type of ventilation for people present, which in 90% of cases are elderly. It has been a few months since the air conditioning is broken and they do not move to provide a shred of comfort for people who wait hours and more hours to be attended.
