A proprietária Lane que atende na recepção, não sabe vender, indica marcas ruins de portas e fechaduras, e o funcionário dela nunca tem tempo para instalar.
Além de me enviarem fechaduras com cores diferentes das maçanetas e das dobradiças, as folhas das portas vieram todas (comprei 6) lascadas.
Fiz a compra em novembro, e não consegui resolver até agora.
Estou só aguardandó o pronunciamento do Procon
