Próximo da natureza, amplo, ótima área de lazer, valor da taxa de manutenção mensal muito baixa e valor do m² excelente, com o mesmo valor total que gastaria em outros loteamentos em Araras e região, para compra de um lote, no Portal das Laranjeiras gastaria praticamente o mesmo mas, lote com m² MUITO maior.
Wonderful place!!! Close to nature, spacious, great leisure area, very low monthly maintenance fee and excellent m² value, with the same total amount that you would spend in other subdivisions in Araras and region, to purchase a lot, at Portal das Laranjeiras would spend practically the same but, lot with MUCH bigger m².
