Os blocos são bem divididos, fazendo com que cada morador tenha sua vaga de garagem independente, ou seja, ninguém precisará chamar o vizinho para tirar o carro da frente.
Além disso, o condomínio conta com duas pequenas, mas muito bonitas, piscinas: 1 adulto e 1 infantil, ambas com acesso ao salão de festas.
Os condominos contam também com um salão de jogos bem legal.
O mais bacana desse condomínio é, sem dúvida, a segurança. Nada entra sem o crivo dos vigias deste lugar.
Ótimo lugar para viver e criar os filhos com segurança e conforto.

Conta com garagem individual, piscinas, salão de jogos e de festas e um parque pequeno.
Por ser um espaço bem familiar e contar com um número grande de crianças, sinto falta apenas de uma área fechada como um campinho de futebol por ex;
Mas, é um local muito bom para viver com a família.
