â â â â â O flat em si ĂŠ bem localizado, prĂłximo a praia, shopping etc, porĂŠm vale pensar duas vezes em usar essa hospedagem. Pela terceira ou quarta vez que me hospedo e em todas sem exceção ocorrem incidentes constrangedores ocasionados pelos funcionĂĄrios que nĂŁo tĂŞm a menor educação ou sabe-se lĂĄ se recebem algum treinamento para ocuparem tais funçþes. Vc pode por exemplo, acordar cedinho com sua porta sendo aberta e invadido para manutenção de interfone pq o aviso estava no elevador. Isso mesmo, entram qd querem e de repente sem autorização. Os apt estĂŁo sempre com algum problema jĂĄ q a manutenção nĂŁo ĂŠ programada enquanto o msm estĂĄ disponĂvel. EntĂŁo se vc vem por alguns dias calcule perder tempo com essas desculpas de q precisam reparar isso ou aquilo ou de outra forma, simplesmente entra e qd vc chega tĂĄ lĂĄ a porta escancarada, homens sujos em seu quarto, material pessoal deles encima dos lençóis q vc dorme etc qd se foi deixado ordem para q ninguĂŠm entrance sem sua presença. Camareiras que entram tb qd querem e trancam a porta de chave por dentro. Viajo pelo mundo inteiro e me hospedo tb pelo BR, em lugar nenhum vi coisa igual. Bom, seja lĂĄ o q haja de facilidades na ĂĄrea desse flat, nĂŁo vale a pena estragar suas fĂŠrias tĂŁo caras num tipo de hospedagem sem regras p funcionĂĄrios. Queixas registradas e a administração apenas tenta justificar esse tipo de invasĂŁo. Salientando que o pacote das diĂĄrias foram pagas em espĂŠcie e my bem pagas, R$ 1.400 por 14 dias, lavanderia e energia a parte. Hotel sai ais em conta e sem aborrecimentos.
