★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, morei 3 anos em um imóvel fiz ressalva e reclamação, sobre o mesmo, não solucionaram e quando me mudei ainda queria que eu arrumasse coisa que o outra inquilino anterior quebrou.
 I do not recommend it, I lived for 3 years in a property, I made a reservation and complaint about it, they did not solve it and when I moved I still wanted me to fix something that the other previous tenant broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Queria alugar uma casa que ofereciam, e após levar os documentos demoraram 10 dias para dar resposta, e nesse tempo perdi outras 2 casas esperando um retorno. Muita burocracia! Não recomendo!
Terrible experience! I wanted to rent a house they offered, and after taking the documents they took 10 days to respond, and in that time I lost 2 other houses waiting for a return. A lot of bureaucracy! I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo!!! Pelo fato de não precisar agendar com um corretor, simplesmente pega a chave e vai até o local que deseja visitar, tendo mais liberdade para se atentar aos detalhes e etc.

Levei esses mesmos documentos em outra imobiliária e aprovaram minha ficha em 1 dia. Resumindo, só me fez perder tempo!
They kept my documents for more than a week to approve the lease of a house, and every time I called they said I was with the legal department.
I took these same documents at another real estate agency and my file was approved in 1 day. In short, it just made me waste time!

Não respondem, não leem os documentos enviados e depois não sabem o que está acontecendo, uma demora incrível para responder, analisar documentos, enfim, tudo estava certo com minha papelada e por fim fui avisada que o imóvel que eu queria não estava mais disponível com eles. Horrível. Não trabalharia com esta imobiliária como locatária, muito menos colocaria um imóvel na responsabilidade deles.
Terrible attendance. They don't respond, don't read the documents sent and then don't know what's going on, an incredible delay to respond, analyze documents, finally, everything was fine with my paperwork and finally I was told that the property I wanted was no longer available with they. Horrible. I would not work with this real estate agency as a tenant, much less put a property under their responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As fotos de determinados anúncios, não condizem, com a imagem verdadeira do imóvel. Tem imóvel no centro em melhor estado do que como está na foto. Revisem! Um estabelecimento normal, como qualquer outro do seguimento, que presta o serviço como deve ser.
The photos of certain advertisements do not match the real image of the property. It has a property in the center in better condition than it is in the photo. Review! A normal establishment, like any other in the follow-up, that provides the service as it should be.
