★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não entregam o que prometem na contração do serviço. Se o cliente não cobra e acompanha (muito de perto) o processo, os protocolos jurídicos de registro de marca não são realizados. Experiência extremamente negativa e mais de uma vez, uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida pelo atendente Guilherme, inicialmente, porém a continuidade do atendimento com a Ariana foi péssimo, ela me informou que minha marca seria suscetível a plágio, mas na verdade não se passava de uma estratégia para eu fechar negócio rapidamente com eles. Pois me deram um prazo de resposta, me informando que se eu não fechasse neste prazo, minha marca seria copiada, porém após este prazo me fizeram outra oferta abaixando o preço. Empresa completamente incredula.
