★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de cometerem um erro com meu sangue colhido para exame, que teve pedido de recoleta por terem demorado mais de uma semana para enviar o material para o laboratório, a recepcionista estava atendendo sem máscara em duas ocasiões diferentes. Perguntei se ela não sabia que o uso de máscara é obrigatório no atendimento ao público e ela me respondeu que estava sozínha e que os clientes usam máscara.
In addition to making a mistake with my blood collected for examination, which had a request for collection because it took more than a week to send the material to the laboratory, the receptionist was answering without a mask on two different occasions. I asked if she did not know that wearing a mask is mandatory in attending the public and she replied that she was alone and that customers wear a mask.

Atendentes mau educados e sem organização nenhuma !
