★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissional .Serviço de péssima qualidade. Não tem o menor respeito pelo cliente. Passou 32 dias para fazer é instalar duas grades de janela e uma grade de porta. Serviço muito mal feito e com muito atraso.
Terrible service. You have no respect for the customer. Spent 32 days to do is install two window grills and a door railing. Service very poorly done and long overdue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar, se eu tivesse feito uma pesquisa e lido os comentários do google eu tinha evitado todo um desgaste e não teria contratado os serviços dessa empresa. Fiz um orçamento inicial, no dia de fechar apresenta outro valor, no dia da entrega do serviço (inacabado por sinal) quer cobrar novo valor superior (alegou que fez orçamento errado). Marcou por três vezes o dia da instalação e não aparecia e tampouco avisava. Em resumo, profissional totalmente descompromissado com o cliente, sem credibilidade. É triste profissionais assim, que não tem preocupação nenhuma com a reputação da sua empresa e a fidelização do cliente. A prova disso são os comentários negativos postados aqui. O único com 5 estrelas e positivo é do proprietário.
Firstly, if I had done a search and read the reviews on google I would have avoided any wear and tear and would not have hired the services of that company. He marked the day of the installation three times and did not show up or give notice. In short, professional totally uncommitted to the client, without credibility. The only one with 5 stars and positive is the owner.
