★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Estive na semana do ano novo em arraial e comprei um passeio junto com mais duas amigas nessa agência. Foram 2 horas de estrada de terra onde o Guia e o motorista foram contando histórias da cidade, simpáticos e atenciosos. Porém pecaram porque em nenhum momento dentro da Van informaram horário de retorno e local de encontro. Ao descer da Van procuramos o primeiro banheiro junto com mais um integrante da Van estavamos em 4 pessoas. Ao sair do banheiro o grupo havia sumido. Não nos esperaram, e nos perdemos deles, resumindo ao voltar perdemos a Van e tivemos que pegar um taxi que cobrou o valor de 320,00 pra nos levar de Caraíva até arraial. Esse taxi dirigiu perigosamente, um rapaz que estava conosco tinha vôo marcado para o mesmo dia, enfim, foi um caos. Fica a dica para melhorarem a comunicação nesse sentido.
 Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I was in the week of the new year in arraial and I bought a tour together with two more friends in that agency. It was 2 hours of dirt road where the Guide and the driver were telling stories of the city, friendly and attentive. However, they sinned because at no time did they inform the return time and meeting place. When we got out of the van we looked for the first bathroom together with another member of the van we were in 4 people. When leaving the bathroom the group was gone. They did not wait for us, and we lost them, in short, when we got back we lost the Van and had to take a taxi that charged 320.00 to take us from Caraíva to the camp. This taxi drove dangerously, a boy who was with us had a scheduled flight for the same day, in short, it was chaos. It is a tip to improve communication in this regard.

Os motoristas dirigem muito bem e com cuidado! Roteiro massa demais! Lugares incríveis que conhecemos, além das praias de Arraial d'Ajuda, inclusive uma que não estava no roteiro, fomos conhecer! Conhecemos também Caraíva, Trancoso e Porto Seguro, bem como a famosa Passarela do Álcool! Sempre que via que dava pra esticar o horário, isso era feito! Experiência incrível! Me encantei tanto com os lugares que nos foi apresentado, que quase fiquei por lá! Até breve Bahia! Gratidão pessoal da Portal!
Incredible experience with Portal! Vitor, who was the guide, during my group trip, explained the history of each place we went to, super friendly and attentive! Drivers drive very well and carefully! Too much script! Incredible places we visited, in addition to the beaches of Arraial d'Ajuda, including one that was not in the itinerary, we went to see! We also know Caraíva, Trancoso and Porto Seguro, as well as the famous Passarela do Álcool! Whenever I saw that I could stretch the time, it was done! Amazing experience! Fechamos o serviço em razão da funcionária Ude, muito simpática e atenciosa.
No dia do passeio chegaram no horário marcado, van nova, guia Vitor muito carismático.
Valeu cada centavo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Uma máfia de transporte. Além de atrasar, proíbe outras vans de fazer serviços em hotéis com os quais têm convênio. No primeiro dia, atrasou 30 m. E outra van nos informou que não podia prestar serviço no hotel em que estamos hospedado. A van pega hóspedes no hotel em frente e os passa na frente, mesmo sendo nós um grupo de 8 pessoas com duas crianças pequenas.
Terrible attendance. A transport mafia. In addition to delaying, it prohibits other vans from doing services in hotels with which they have an agreement. On the first day, it was delayed by 30 m. And another van informed us that it could not provide service at the hotel where we are staying. The van picks up guests at the hotel opposite and passes them in front, even though we are a group of 8 people with two small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento top (em especial Iza e Jackie).. Ótimos motoristas (Mickey, Vilson e Rafael).
Fizemos 3 passeios: Caraíva(passeio legal ? recomendo) , Praia do Espelho (praia linda ? recomendo) e Coroa Alta de escuna (coroa alta é linda demais, porém passeio muito cansativo... a parte da tarde eu descartaria pois o restaurante é ruim e banho de lama desnecessário. (esse passeio foi feito com agência parceira deles de Porto Seguro , talvez seja esse o motivo de não ser tão bom)
A agência em si é confiável e correta.
Top service (especially Iza and Jackie). Great drivers (Mickey, Vilson and Rafael).
We did 3 tours: Caraíva (nice tour ? I recommend it), Praia do Espelho (beautiful beach ? I recommend it) and Coroa Alta by schooner (Coroa Alta is too beautiful, but a very tiring tour... bad and unnecessary mud bath. (this tour was done with their partner agency from Porto Seguro, maybe that's the reason it's not so good)
The agency itself is reliable and correct.
