No começo a implantação foi complicada, sem muito planejamento da empresa ao meu ver. Mas todos tivemos muita paciência, pois acreditamos que a empresa se adaptaria.
Agora, passadas cerca de 2 semanas desde o prazo para ajuste dos problema de implantação, sigo sendo impedido de entrar no meu apartamento pela garagem, pois minha digital lê mas não abre o portão. O transtorno e o constrangimento que causa ser impedido todo dia de entrar em seu próprio apartamento é enorme. A única saída parece que é deixar o carro na rua e entrar a pé (pelo portão social).
Já tentei de tudo com a empresa, mas não solucionam.
Portanto, não vejo alternativa senão usar os meios legais para responsabilizar a empresa.
Não recomendo.

In the beginning, the implementation was complicated, without much planning from the company in my view. But we all had a lot of patience, as we believed the company would adapt.
Now, about 2 weeks after the deadline for adjusting the implantation problem, I am still being prevented from entering my apartment through the garage, as my fingerprint reads but does not open the gate. The inconvenience and embarrassment caused by being prevented from entering your own apartment every day is enormous. The only way out seems to be to leave the car on the street and enter on foot (through the social gate).
I've tried everything with the company, but they don't work.
Therefore, I see no alternative but to use legal means to hold the company accountable.
I do not recommend.
