★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São rápidos em enviar orçamento e fazer a venda, depois disso é ladeira a baixo. Não respondem whats, não atendem telefone, quando atendem dizem que vão comunicar o pessoal da manutenção sobre o serviço e nunca mais, e-mail também é outra missa. O problema já iniciou na instalação, onde marcavam o dia e não apareciam e nem ligavam para dar satisfação. Instalação incompleta, até hoje (11 meses após a instalação) ainda estou aguardando o batedor da porta. Cada vez que preciso de manutenção a comunicação só piora, minha porta lateral anexa ao portão está quase caindo porque soltou a solda, já comuniquei mais de 3 vezes e ninguém vem consertar, pelo jeito terei que contratar serviços particulares, pois o pós venda desta empresa é o pior que já tive.

Every time I need maintenance the communication only gets worse, my side door attached to the gate is almost falling because it has released the weld, I have already communicated more than 3 times and no one comes to fix it, so I will have to hire private services, because the after sales of this company it's the worst I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinei contrato com a Bahia portas, não cumpriram o prazo de entrega, quando trouxeram a porta a cor estava errada. Com um instalador super arrogante que se dizia advogado. Pulem fora é só estresse!
I signed a contract with Bahia doors, they did not meet the delivery deadline, when they brought the door the color was wrong. With a super arrogant installer who called himself a lawyer. Jump out is just stress!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma porta que veio com diversos problemas, eles falaram que a pintura era eletrostática e não é após 2 meses de uso a porta ficou fazendo barulho e travando nos trilhos, material de péssima qualidade. Eles não respondem e-mail já abri várias solicitações.......Não comprem barca furada!
