★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enganação com o cliente, informam que o produto está pronto e no dia da entrega não está. Quando vieram entregar só tinha um dos portões. Sem falar que entregaram depois do prazo limite do contrato. Péssima empresa para comprar.
 Deceit with the customer, they inform that the product is ready and on the day of delivery it is not. When they came to deliver there was only one of the gates. Not to mention that they delivered after the contract deadline. Bad company to buy.

Demomaram mais 2 meses para resolver um simples problema de interfone, foram mais de 9 visitas e somente com a minha orientação souberam oque podia ser feito para resolser o problema. Já o portão por eles instalados precisa de manutenção constante, o problema ocorre a cada 100 dias e a garantia apenas cobre 90. PROCURE OUTRA EMPRESA PARA FAZER SEU SERVIÇO, eles são realmente péssimos.
Bad customer service! It took 2 more months to solve a simple intercom problem, there were more than 9 visits and only with my guidance did they know what could be done to solve the problem. The gate installed by them needs constant maintenance, the problem occurs every 100 days and the warranty only covers 90. LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO YOUR SERVICE, they are really terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima, experiência, atendimento medíocre, liguei la marcando uma visita, ficaram de me retornar avisando se iriam no mesmo dia ou no outro, não me ligaram e retornei no final da tarde, me disseram que iriam no outro dia sem falta. No dia seguinte liguei no final da tarde perguntando do técnico, me disseram que estava na rua mas achavam que não ia dar tempo e sugeriu de eu ligar no outro dia cedo para perguntar sobre a visita, fiquei indignado pois eles é que deveriam me ligar mas me disseram que tem muitas ligações e que não dava pra ligar - Tentei mais uma vez, liguei no dia seguinte de manha e pra realmente nunca mais procurar esta empresa, me disseram que estava chovendo e o técnico não iria sair, talvez a tarde - Brasil prestação de serviços zero - não indico a ninguem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi como recomendação de uma amiga arquiteta mas infelizmente só tive problemas. Automatização de um portão manual foi feita incorretamente e não se mostraram interessados em solucionar o problema. Quase perdi a coluna da minha garagem. Apesar da Ana (comercial) ser disposta e simpática, acho que a empresa está sobrecarregada e não tem uma mão de obra qualificada para serviços mais complexos e de maior precisão.
I received it as a recommendation from a friendly architect but unfortunately I only had problems. Automation of a manual gate was done incorrectly and they were not interested in solving the problem. I almost lost my garage column. Although Ana (commercial) is willing and friendly, I think the company is overloaded and does not have a qualified workforce for more complex and more accurate services.

Vendedor atendeu bem antes de fechar o pedido. Havia combinado do portão ser entregue com fundo galvite, cobrei diversas vezes e ate hoje nao fizeram o fundo.
Na primeira tentativa de instalação, verificaram que a medida do portao estava errada (sendo que era so medir o vao), deixaram minha casa sem portao um dia inteiro para ajustar a medida na fabrica e no final do dia colocara o portao que nao dava pra utilizar pois estava travado. Com isso, meu carro dormiu na rua e adivinha? Roubaram meu estepe! Comprei um novo e pedi o ressarcimento sendo que tinha combinado que isso nao deveria ter acontecido, pois segundo eles, o portao ficaria instalado no MESMO DIA.
Resumo: Péssimo serviço, não atendimento de nenhum prazo, não entregaram o que prometeram e nem se quer dao uma satisfacao. Liguei muitas vezes para tentar solucionar isso, mas sem sucesso.

I bought a swing gate three months ago.
Seller answered well before closing the order. It had combined the gate to be delivered with a galvanized bottom, covered several times and to this day have not made the bottom.
On the first attempt at installation, they found that the gate measurement was wrong (only measuring the span), they left my house without a gate for a whole day to adjust the measurement at the factory and at the end of the day put the gate that could not afford use because it was locked. With that, my car slept on the street and guess what? They stole my spare tire! I bought a new one and asked for compensation and I agreed that this should not have happened, because according to them, the gate would be installed on the SAME DAY.
Summary: Poor service, no deadline, they didn't deliver what they promised, and they don't want to be satisfied. I called many times to try and solve this, but to no avail.
Run away from this company ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um motor do portão com eles, na instalação já tive problemas, com 7 meses de uso o mesmo parou de funcionar, solicitei assistência a qual quiseram cobrar uma taxa de R$130 para a visita, nessa visita recolheram a central do motor dizendo que iriam levar para a fábrica.
Depois de 15 dias ligando diariamente para cobrar e ouvindo diversas histórias disseram que a garantia não cobre, alegando ser causado por uma descarga elétrica.
Até agora não devolveram minha peça.
Péssimo atendimento e " profissionais ", NÃO RECOMENDO.
