★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 3 anos contratei a Portec para instalar grades, corrimão e portão basculante em minha residência.Paguei caro por isso. A empresa não cumpre com o prazo, trouxeram os produtos fora da medida, e o pior, os funcionários não tomam o mínimo de cuidado na hora de instalar. Eu tinha acabado de reformar a casa toda, pintei as paredes e coloquei pisos novos. Na instalação dos produtos, eles não protegeram o piso e as paredes. Resultado: piso e paredes com pingos e manchas de solda, e vários furos desnecessários na parede. Não recomendo a Portec pra ninguém.
3 years ago I hired Portec to install railings, handrails and tilting gates in my residence. I paid dearly for it. The company does not meet the deadline, they brought the products out of measure, and worse, the employees do not take the least care when installing. I had just renovated the whole house, painted the walls and put new floors. When installing products, they did not protect the floor and walls. Result: floor and walls with dripping and weld stains, and several unnecessary holes in the wall. I don't recommend Portec to anyone.

Vendedor atendeu bem antes de fechar o pedido. Havia combinado do portão ser entregue com fundo galvite, cobrei diversas vezes e ate hoje nao fizeram o fundo.
Na primeira tentativa de instalação, verificaram que a medida do portao estava errada (sendo que era so medir o vao), deixaram minha casa sem portao um dia inteiro para ajustar a medida na fabrica e no final do dia colocara o portao que nao dava pra utilizar pois estava travado. Com isso, meu carro dormiu na rua e adivinha? Roubaram meu estepe! Comprei um novo e pedi o ressarcimento sendo que tinha combinado que isso nao deveria ter acontecido, pois segundo eles, o portao ficaria instalado no MESMO DIA.
Resumo: Péssimo serviço, não atendimento de nenhum prazo, não entregaram o que prometeram e nem se quer dao uma satisfacao. Liguei muitas vezes para tentar solucionar isso, mas sem sucesso.

I bought a swing gate three months ago.
Seller answered well before closing the order. It had combined the gate to be delivered with a galvanized bottom, covered several times and to this day have not made the bottom.
On the first attempt at installation, they found that the gate measurement was wrong (only measuring the span), they left my house without a gate for a whole day to adjust the measurement at the factory and at the end of the day put the gate that could not afford use because it was locked. With that, my car slept on the street and guess what? They stole my spare tire! I bought a new one and asked for compensation and I agreed that this should not have happened, because according to them, the gate would be installed on the SAME DAY.
Summary: Poor service, no deadline, they didn't deliver what they promised, and they don't want to be satisfied. I called many times to try and solve this, but to no avail.
Run away from this company ...
