★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço que já contratei! Além do atraso sem justificativa, o serviço - uma grade de entrada + duas grades para janelas -, é de péssima qualidade ! A grade de entrada foi entregue sem as castanhas, com os piores ferrolhos, sem passar o zarcão, sem ferrolho de bengala, sem a aliança da fechadura, e o pior: sem instalação! Eles têm pedreiro para o serviço, mas simplesmente jogaram as grades em minha casa, de péssima qualidade, enferrujadas, mal passadas uma mão de tinta (para dar mais trabalho, pois precisa ser retirada para passar o zarcão). Péssima escolha. Arrependimento grande! O trabalho não vale nem um real. São totalmente irresponsáveis e desrespeitosos com o cliente. Nojo ! Apertei uma estrela prq era a única forma de poder comentar! Muito nojo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi muito desgastante conseguir que o serviço fosse concluído. E no final, o acabamento ficou horrível. O serviço só foi concluído na base do grito. O dono da empresa a cada conversa argumentava que precisava de mais uma parte do dinheiro. Tive que segurar no final a última parte do dinheiro por que era a única barganha que eu possuía para concluir o serviço. Imaginei que por se tratar de uma empresa era mais seguro. Mas se você está pensando em fazer o portal, minha opinião é que você não deve fazer com a Portel, que o melhor caminho é conhecer alguém que fez um serviço similar e pedir uma indicação, mesmo que seja um profissional liberal. Não faça serviço com a Portel!
