Só vende alto padrão, os mármores são chiquérrimos, imitação perfeita. Incrível. Meu irmão comprou e chegou na casa dele em 5 dias! tudo embalado e sem defeito. Outra coisa !!! o apartamento dele é a mesma medida do que o meu e eu gastei o DOBRO do que ele que comprou na loja.
I was very disappointed when I visited the store and knew that I could have SAVED HALF of what I spent buying at the home center. It only sells high standards, the marbles are chic, perfect imitation. Amazing. My brother bought it and arrived at his house in 5 days! everything packed and without defect. Another thing !!! his apartment is the same size as mine and I spent DOUBLE what he bought at the store.

É super atencioso, me atendeu até horas após o expediente em um sábado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! Fui na loja, escolhi um piso que amei, solicitei o orçamento e acertei com o vendedor Matheus que voltaria após 2 dias para fechar a compra. No entanto, na véspera da efetivação da compra, recebi uma msg do vendedor me avisando que houve uma "mudança" na politica da loja onde eles NÃO VENDERIAM MAIS PARA O CLIENTE FINAL VALORES DE COMPRAS INFERIORES A R$ 2.500,00!! E este era o caso da minha compra de aproximadamente R$ 1.900,00 !
Uma empresa "mudar sua politica de venda" eu aceito, mas mudar após o cliente escolher o produto, receber o orçamento e combinar a data de efetivação da compra... sinceramente achei no mínimo uma TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO com um "futuro" cliente, FICOU BEM CLARO que PARA A PORTILATO SÓ INTERESSA "COMPRAS DE VALORES ELEVADOS" e definitivamente, o que MENOS INTERESSA É O CLIENTE!
Esta loja faz propaganda no YouTube anunciando ter os melhores valores do mercado por ser uma importadora que vende direto para o "cliente final", mas em minhas pesquisas (e eu fiz várias) constatei que o valor é o mesmo das boutiques de pisos e revestimento, mesmo assim, compraria o produto deles por ter gostado muito ... o que não será mais possível graças a FALTA DE PALAVRA E COMPROMETIMENTO DA PORTILATO PARA COM OS CLIENTES.

However, on the eve of the purchase, I received a message from the seller informing me that there was a "change" in the policy of the store where they would NOT SELL MORE FOR THE FINAL CLIENT PURCHASE VALUES LOWER THAN R $ 2,500.00 !! A company "change your sales policy" I accept, but change after the customer choose the product, receive the budget and combine the date of completion of the purchase ... I sincerely found at least a TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT with a "future" customer , IT WAS CLEARLY THAT FOR PORTILATO ONLY INTEREST "HIGH VALUE SHOPPING" and definitely, WHAT LESS INTEREST IS THE CUSTOMER!
This shop advertises on YouTube advertising having the best values in the market for being an importer that sells directly to the "final customer", but in my research (and I did several) I realized that the value is the same as the floor and coating boutiques , even so, I would buy their product for having liked it very much ... which will not be possible thanks to LACK OF WORD AND COMMITMENT OF PORTILATO TO CUSTOMERS.
