★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na loja foi nota 10. Qualidade do porcelanato é indiscutível. Compramos 40 m2 do Porcelanato Statura Whrite Super Gloss, pagamento à vista com acordo de retirar no depósito.
Após a retirada dos porcelanatos, e início da instalação, identificamos diferença na tonalidade das peças, porque o depósito não separou todas as caixas do mesmo lote.
Conclusão: Precisamos nos deslocar de Jundiaí até o depósito para efetuar a troca 8 caixas.
No ato da troca, fomos informados que não haveria os porcelanatos, após forçar a barra, localizaram os porcelanatos e pudemos perceber que não houve preocupação alguma em separar os lotes no ato da retirada. Fiquei ainda com o prejuízo do combustível de Jundiaí até São Paulo, além do pedágio e um dia do profissional contratado parado.
O pós venda é a parte mais importante da venda. Infelizmente, mesmo com a cordialidade no atendimento do Gerente ao saber do problema e de fato, o problema ter sido sanado, não foram suficientes para voltar a confiar nesta empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser OUTLET presume-se encontrar preços atrativos, porém, o orçamento que recebi foi de preços superiores a outras lojas especializadas em porcelanatos e revestimentos. (e não estou comparando com Home Center).

Deficiência nas informações, no site apresenta produto sem informação de quantidade. Cliente se desloca para ver e comprar o produto, espera a busca no estoque, e ...ou não tem a quantidade que está no sistema, ou não tem quantidade necessária.
Ideal seria quando se fizesse a promoção e se divulgasse a quantidade disponível.

-no seu sistema constava 28,7mt².
-no físico só havia 18mt²
