NEM DEVERIA TER DEIXADO INSTALAR OU MELHOR QD FUI VER NA LOJA JÁ HAVIA RECLAMADO DA QUALIDADE DO PORTÃO PARA O ANDERSON Q FICOU DE CONVERSAR COM O CAIQUE SOBRE O Q PODIA SER FEITO, MAS NADA FOI FEITO NEM SEQUER SE DESCULPARAM PELO TRANSTORNO CAUSADO PELA INSTALAÇÃO DO PORTÃO. TIVE Q CONTRATAR UM PEDREIRO PARA QUEBRAR A CALÇADA PQ O PORTÃO NÃO ABRIA E TB CONTRATAR UMA OUTRA SERRALHERIA PARA CORRIGIR ESSE VÃO Q DEIXARAM BEM COMO A SOLDA Q ESTA SOLTA. ALEM DO Q PAGUEI R$ 800 DE PINTURA E DEIXARAM O PORTÃO ASSIM, NO DIA JA TINHA Q RETOCAR. OU MELHOR FAZER UM PORTÃO NOVO E CONDIZENTE COM O VALOR PAGO.
DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE Q SELL, Poor QUALITY PRODUCT, WEAK AND WITH PESSIMO FINISH. PORT IS 6CM AWAY FROM THE WALL ON BOTH SIDES, TOTALLY DRAINED PAINT. NEVER SHOULD HAVE LEFT INSTALLED OR BETTER QD I WENT TO SEE IN THE STORE THERE WERE COMPLAINTED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE GATE TO ANDERSON Q WANTED TO TALK WITH THE CAIQUE ABOUT WHAT COULD BE DONE, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE OR EVEN EXCUSED BY THE TRANSACTION CAUSED BY THE PORTAL . I HAD Q TO HIRE A MASON TO BREAK THE SIDEWALK PQ THE GATE DOES NOT OPEN AND TB TO HIRE ANOTHER WORKMAN TO CORRECT THIS GONE Q LEFT AS WELL AS THE WELDING Q THIS LOOSE. Alem do Q I paid R $ 800 for painting and left the gate like that, on the day I had to retouch. OR BETTER MAKE A GATE NEW AND BEYOND THE AMOUNT PAID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestação de serviço de ma fé, comprei uma central PPA, e me ins talaram uma remanufaturada, em dois meses e meio já teve duas manutenções, solicitei meu dinheiro de volta e o Caique Alves se nega a devolve-lo alegando que providenciaria uma placa nova que chegaria amanha, mas não sei como chegou 2 horas depois.Só quero meu dinheiro de volta assegurado pelo código de defesa do consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei fazer um portão com ele na hora de colocar me queimaram a placa do motor para poder vender outro me deixaram o portão sem arrumar depois de ter conseguido arrumar com um especialista em motor fui reclama para vir colocar ele alinhamento não quis e saiu reclamando pois queria vender outro motor e uma drogas está empresa não tem responsabilidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, já fazem 2 meses que vieram medir a até agora não vieram instalar o meu portão!! Assinei contrato no dia 21/07, hoje já é dia 29/10 e eles simplesmente ficam inventando desculpas. Não atendem o telefone, temos que ficar indo até a loja pra reclamar!! Não comprem portão nesss ligar, eles não tem a estrutura pra atender! Deveriam fechar ao invés de ficar mentindo para o cliente que até já pagou!! PALHAÇADA define essa empresa, se é que podemos chamar de uma empresa!
Terrible, it has been 2 months since they came to measure it so far they did not come to install my gate !! I signed a contract on 7/21, today is 10/29 and they just make excuses. They don't answer the phone, we have to keep going to the store to complain !! Don't buy nesss gate to call, they don't have the structure to answer! They should close instead of lying to the customer who has already paid !! CLOWN defines this company, if we can call it a company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um mês trocaram a central dizendo que foi raio que havia queimado, perguntei se só trocando a central resolveria, disseram que sim,aprovei a troca da central pagando a vista.
O portão parou novamente, chamei para avaliar o motivo e constataram a queima da central,mas o que fiquei indignado que logo disseram que a placa não tinha garantia e a causa poderia ser a instalação ou o próprio motor.
Faltou técnica e ainda fui chamado de ignorante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente mandei fazer meu portão pivotante nesse lugar no dia 21/12/2017 com a pintura inclusa, me entregaram um portão menor e ainda cheio de defeitos, e sem a acabamento q já havia contratado, instalaram o portão dia 23/02/2018 ( prazo esse já bem maior q os 30 dias uteis q esta no contrato). E a partir desse dia começaram meus problemas, portão não abre todo, a fechadura do portão social foi colocada de ponta cabeça e adaptada no portão por uma pessoa amadora, pq quem esta acostumado a tal serviço não entrega algo assim. PÉSSIMO O PRODUTO E O ATENDIMENTO POS VENDA!!!!! BRINCADEIRA ESSA RESPOSTA, NO PEDIDO ESTAVA 3,05 E FIZERAM 3,00 METROS DE LARGURA. QT TIRAR A MEDIDA NA MINHA FRENTE, QUEM FAZ ESSE SERVIÇO Q DEVE SABER TIRAR AS MEDIDAS CORRETAMENTE.
Unfortunately I had my pivoting gate made in that place on 12/21/2017 with the painting included, they gave me a smaller gate and still full of defects, and without the finish I had already hired, they installed the gate on 02/23/2018 ( already longer than the 30 working days q is in the contract). And from that day my problems started, the gate does not open all the way, the lock of the social gate was placed upside down and adapted on the gate by an amateur person, because who is used to such a service does not deliver something like that. REALLY THE PRODUCT AND THE POST SALE SERVICE !!!!! JOKE THAT RESPONSE, THE ORDER WAS 3.05 AND WERE 3.00 METERS WIDTH. QT TAKE THE MEASURE ON MY FRONT, WHO DOES THIS SERVICE Q SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE MEASURES CORRECTLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento e fechei com eles, prometeram em 30 dias e já estava indo para 45 dias. Então ai começou a dor de cabeça. Vieram e instalaram o portão mas não se atentaram que havia uma curva na parede ficou péssimo o serviço. Apos a instalação ficou pendente o retoque pois como fizeram solda descascou boa parte do portão. Entramos em contato com eles diversas vezes pois alem do retoque e ajustes, havia a questão da ultima parcela a ser paga. Vieram na minha casa hoje, foi uma baixaria só. Falta de respeito do começo ao fim. Ameacei processa-los ai a situação mudou, finalmente depois de muita dor de cabeça e muita falta de respeito o portão foi entregue, com péssimo serviço prestado e péssimos pós venda do funcionário/dono Caique. Seguem as imagens do serviço prestado.

We contacted them several times because besides the retouching and adjustments, there was the question of the last installment to be paid. They came to my house today, it was just a low street. Lack of respect from start to finish. I threatened to sue them and the situation changed, finally after a lot of headaches and a lot of disrespect the gate was delivered, with terrible service and terrible after-sales by the employee / owner Caique.
