★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de moradia , com apartamentos muito bem divididos e organizados. Tamanho ideal para no máximo 2 pessoas. Bem sinalizado, organizado e limpo. Local tranquilo, muito silencioso e ventilado.Há vagas de garagem, o dono não permite bagunça no local e é criterioso na questão dos inquilinos. Fica próximo a parada de ônibus, ótimas padarias, tem uma escola do Sesi ao lado.
 Housing location, with apartments very well divided and organized. Ideal size for a maximum of 2 people. Well signposted, organized and clean. Quiet place, very silent and ventilated. There are parking spaces, the owner does not allow mess in the place and is judicious in the matter of tenants. It is close to the bus stop, great bakeries, has a Sesi school next door.
