Sou super chato em avaliação mais eu faço questão de dar 5 estrelas. Às fotos e vídeos chegaram no mesmo dia no meu WhatsApp.

Existem opções mais caras cujo resultado das fotos fica extremamente profissional, alguns possuem inclusive página no Instagram (basta pesquisar). Como nossa preferência era Maragogi, o foco foi na experiência, então o preço baixo se adaptou as nossas expectativas. E as fotos ficaram boas.
Affordable price for visiting the natural pools, including transport by raft and diving. There are more expensive options whose result of the photos is extremely professional, some even have an Instagram page (just search). As our preference was Maragogi, the focus was on the experience, so the low price adapted to our expectations. And the photos were good.

Me venderam um passeio nas piscinas dizendo que duraria 2h, local raso, e forneceram equipamentos, mas me levaram pra uma plataforma no fundo, de cerca de 3 metros de profundidade, com água turva e péssima visibilidade, não deu pra ver nada e tava com sol. Não forneceram o equipamento prometido. Pelo mesmos forneceram colete pra gente boiar, pq era fundo, mas queríamos as piscinas rasinhas e ver peixinhos. Reclamei e disseram que se eu quisesse me levariam pra praia e devolveriam o dinheiro (perdendo o dia e o único horário da maré baixa). Pra não perder o dia ficamos e com 1 hora de passeio disseram que acabou o passeio. Já frustrado, nem liguei de sair e ir embora. Reclamei na agência e a moça goi ríspida comigo e perguntou se eu li os termos do passeio que eu assinei e disse que o que vendedor me falou não valia nada. Saindo da agência reclamei com um vendedor e ele disse literalmente "volte pra seu estado e não volte aqui nunca mais"! Pelo amor de Deus! FUJAM DELES!

They sold me a ride in the pools saying it would last 2 hours, shallow place, and provided equipment, but they took me to a platform at the bottom, about 3 meters deep, with cloudy water and poor visibility, I couldn't see anything and I had Sun. Did not provide the promised equipment. They also provided a vest for us to float, because it was deep, but we wanted the shallow pools and see little fish. I complained and they said that if I wanted they would take me to the beach and return the money (losing the day and the only time of low tide). In order not to miss the day, we stayed and with 1 hour of tour they said that the tour was over. Already frustrated, I didn't even care to leave and go. I complained at the agency and the girl snapped at me and asked if I had read the terms of the tour that I signed and said that what the seller told me was not worth anything. Leaving the agency I complained to a salesperson and he literally said "go back to your state and never come back here again"! For the love of God! RUN AWAY FROM THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepcionista que se vangloria de ser a única funcionária com carteira assinada da loja é um horror, show de prepotência e arrogância.
Se recusou inclusive a atender minha família, após contestarmos o fato de nada que estava escrito no contrato que somos obrigados a assinar ser igual ao citado pelo vendendor que nos abordou no centro.
Descomprometidos ao extremo com o consumidor.
Felizmente não fechei com eles e pude ter uma boa experiência de mergulho com uma outra empresa.
Não recomendo, fujam...ninguém merece pagar para ser mal tratado.

Ponto positivo: o instrutor Hector nós passou uma calma incrível, ele foi extremamente paciente.
PontoSSS negativoSs: foi muito rápido, raso, vimos três espécies de peixes apenas (embora essa questão não esteja sob controle deles, por outro lado ficamos rodando em círculos). Como fui com uma amiga, trataram nosso passeio como se fosse um só, mas pagamos cada uma por seu passeio, as fotos foram tiradas num só ponto e ficaram péssimas.
