A princípio não sabia que daria para tirar manchas de anos com a lavagem, mas eles conseguiram. Meu colchão agora está como um novo. Fiquei muito satisfeita pelo serviço e profissionalismo. Com certeza, voltarei contratar a Porto Bello.
Porto Bello Clean has high-level professionals: friendly, attentive and organized. From the first contact, you can tell. The service on my mattress was cleaning. At first I didn't know it would be possible to remove age-old stains with washing, but they did. My mattress is now like new. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism. I will definitely hire Porto Bello again.

Fiz orçamento com outras duas empresas, mas não tive o mesmo suporte. No momento em que chegaram no meu apartamento, Celso explicou todo procedimento que seria realizado no colchão e no sofá. Tudo feito sem pressa e com atenção aos detalhes. Indico tranquilamente!
Excellent service from start to finish. I requested a quote via WhatsApp and Luciana provided all the necessary information, including sending explanatory videos. I made a budget with two other companies, but I didn't have the same support. When they arrived at my apartment, Celso explained all the procedures that would be carried out on the mattress and sofa.
