★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, nice restaurant with good options. However there are no stores or other restaurants in a 2 to 3 km radius, so you will be isolated and your only option is getting a taxi if you want food options or if you have to buy anything.
Tv wasnt working for most of my stay and wifi wouldnt reach my room.
However, pool close to the beach is great. Manager was super nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went during tree days with my girlfriend in the most wonderful room of the hotel but I was not so satisfied when I left the hotel...
The negative points of my stay :
- The clineless of my room, was with dust and speck, I let you look the picture of the curtains
- The jacuzzi that's it's just a small piscine that you can't heat and don't delivered any bubble, so finally I couldn't use
- The things that's they don't offer to you a drink or something when you show to them that your room it's dirty, they just invite you to go out whyout offering you something
- You don't have a toilet brush in the room
- You need to pay if you take a little coffee in a room at 2000 BRL for 2 nights
- You don't have a special gift when you book the best room of the hotel
The positive point of my stay :
- The garden / the spa it's wonderful
- The breakfast it's very good
- They let us enter two hours before in the room and three hours after the normal checking out. But they use to do that because we found a paper of the last person in this hotel
- The people in the reception speak English
- the covid - 19 measures are perfect for the reception and interactions with the clients
For me this place can be very good, but the starting of my stay was losing in the first 30 minutes, so I didn't enjoy soo much like expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place and great location. More tailored towards those looking for live music and constant entertainment. I found the constant music and games a bit distracting while trying to read by the ocean. Similarly the staff was a bit overwhelmed during the high season. Probably just the growing pains of launching. In any case these beaches are some of the most beautiful out there.

However the hotel administration need to improve 1- the administration of the beach area should have seats and shades on the beach. Don’t have anything there is just lame. 2- it’s a hotel not a Brazilian motel please make real bathrooms on the rooms. Glass around can be fun for a night but not for a hole staying with family. Also, some hocks for wet towels would be nice. Next time I’m lol be back to other resorts that offers better accomodations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that the majority of the rooms are being renovated but our room was not renovated yet, so, for example, the bathroom is very old style for a 4 stars resort. Near the beach and 30 minutes on foot by the beach to reach Porto Galinhas center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All inclusive, even the club and loud music you never wanted to be hearing all the day long non stop. The amount of plastic and the disco eternal vibe of this places makes it a cheap vulgar and expensive experience.
They should revise the lack of silence and respect for nature, when they clearly profit from the beach and the surroundings to attract clients.
In short, if you are looking for a place to rest and enjoy the sea, the sun, get somewhere else. They should revise their sustainability strategy for the amount of waste the produce. Horrible
