★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, agendam instalação, você confirma no dia mas depois não aparecem, a justificativa é que a pessoa que estava com a ordem de serviço teve um imprevisto. Demora na resposta enfim.
 Poor service, schedule installation, you confirm on the day but then they don't show up, the justification is that the person who was with the service order had an unforeseen event. It takes a long time to answer.

Demora na resposta, falta de profissionalismo, se não tem capacidade para mais clientes não deveriam vender mais pacotes. Decepção total com o atendimento!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De noite a internet fica péssima e a quantidade de internet q está pra estar chegando em casa era 100 MB mas não chega nem 20 MB e quando mando mensagem lá eles até resolvem mas depois de 15 minutos já volta a ficar ruim.

Verifiquei que o sistema havia caído e não respondia nem o navegador quando tentei fazer o teste. Quando consegui fazer o teste e internet estava com latência de 800ms e down de 0.47
Resultado foi que ao todo tive um prejuízo de 2200 reais por conta disso.
