Fiz uma compra online de 4 rolos de tecidos e um deles veio com mais de 5 metros com defeitos veio com um risco branco no meio e a loja de forma alguma quis resolver meu problema.
Fui tentar resolver pessoalmente e o Gerente foi super grosseiro comigo dizendo que no ato da venda abrem todos os rolos e me enviaram 4 rolos sem conferir.
Ca estou eu com um prejuízo de quase 50 peças infantis e mais indignada ainda com a falta de empatia do gerente na loja hoje sem nenhum interesse de resolver meu problema.
I come here to highlight my worst experience
I made an online purchase of 4 rolls of fabric and one of them came with more than 5 meters with defects came with a white line in the middle and the store in no way wanted to solve my problem.
I went to try to solve it myself and the Manager was super rude to me saying that at the time of sale they open all the rolls and sent me 4 rolls without checking.
Here I am with a loss of almost 50 children's pieces and even more indignant with the lack of empathy of the manager at the store today, with no interest in solving my problem.
