Paulo, o proprietário, me prestou um atendimento personalizado, tirando todas as minhas dúvidas desde o orçamento até depois de o sistema já funcionando e conectado à rede elétrica da COELBA.
O material (placas e inversor) chegou dentro do prazo estipulado e só não foi instalado no mesmo dia da entrega por causa da chuva que atrapalhou.
Meus agradecimentos também à equipe de instalação que foi bastante cuidadosa com o meu telhado, evitando prejuízo com telhas quebradas e goteiras no gesso.
I am very satisfied with the solar power generation system installed in my home - a 3000w inverter and 8 400w solar panels.
Paulo, the owner, provided me with personalized service, taking all my doubts from the budget to after the system was already working and connected to COELBA's electricity grid.
The material (plates and inverter) arrived within the stipulated deadline and was not installed on the same day of delivery because of the rain that hindered it.
Thanks also to the installation team who were very careful with my roof, preventing damage from broken tiles and leaking plaster.
