Neste final de semana , dia 18 de Novembro de 2017, fomos a loja Portobello Shop unidade Brooklin e fomos muitíssimo bem atendido por todos.
Desde a recepção ao final do atendimento.
Fomos atendidos eu e minha esposa Ellen Carolina pela vendedora Letícia que estava muito bem preparada.
Vale salientar que eu já estava em contato com outra vendedora de outra unidade e a mesma não atendeu minhas expectativas, em momento algum fui destratado, apenas me senti mais um consumidor. Porque a mesma não se esforçou para atender minhas necessidades.
Entendam por favor como uma crítica construtiva.
Os grandes erros em atendimento é achar que o cliente deve ser atendido como o vendedor (atendente) gostaria de ser atendido e não é, cada cliente gosta de um tipo de atendimento exclusivo.
Na unidade em que comprei Brooklin com a Letícia, a mesma nos vendeu os produtos que queríamos os insumos e pasmem o frete ainda ficou mais caro e era bem mais perto. Mais nem questionei pelo atendimento que estava recebendo.

This weekend, on the 18th of November 2017, we went to the Portobello Shop Brooklyn unit and we were very well attended by everyone.
From the reception to the end of the service.
My wife Ellen Carolina and I were attended by saleswoman Letícia, who was very well prepared.
It is worth mentioning that I was already in contact with another salesperson from another unit and it did not meet my expectations, at no time was I dislocated, I just felt more like a consumer. Because she didn’t make an effort to meet my needs.
Please understand it as a constructive criticism.
The big mistakes in service is to think that the customer should be served as the seller (attendant) would like to be served and it is not, each customer likes a type of exclusive service.
In the unit where I bought Brooklin with Leticia, she sold us the products we wanted the inputs and amazingly the freight was even more expensive and was much closer. I didn't even question it for the service I was receiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter ótimos produtos, a empresa não só não cumpre os prazos de entrega como não dá satisfação dos atrasos para o consumidor. Fiz um pedido que deveria ser entregue dia 20/09 e hoje (05/10) ainda não tenho nem uma data programada de entrega. Ja combinaram 3x comigo uma data e não cumpriram, abri chamado no SAC e não dão retorno, abri reclamação no reclame aqui e não respondem.
É um completo descaso com o consumidor, custos com obra parada por conta deles e não fazem nada a respeito. Não recomendo, evitem essa dor de cabeça.

Despite having great products, the company not only fails to meet delivery deadlines but also does not satisfy the delays for the consumer. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on 20/09 and today (05/10) I still don't have a scheduled delivery date. They already agreed 3x a date with me and they didn't comply, I opened a call at the SAC and they don't give a return, I filed a complaint in the complaint here and they don't respond.
It's a complete disregard for the consumer, costs with stoppage work on their account and they don't do anything about it. I don't recommend it, avoid this headache.

Agendaram a entrega dos produtos para o dia 11 de outubro, solicitei reagendamento para o dia 13, não entregaram em nenhum dos dois dias, e só entregaram uma parta do pedido mais de 20
dias depois...porém, o restante do pedido não foi entregue até o momento!
O pior de tudo e mais revoltante é o descaso da gerente da loja para resolver o problema, pois ao jnvés de buscar soluções, apresenta apenas desculpas que não condizem com a verdade, pois são facilmente contestadas!

I would never buy anything from this store again!!
They scheduled the delivery of products for the 11th of October, I requested rescheduling for the 13th, they did not deliver on any of the two days, and only delivered a part of the order over 20
days later...however, the rest of the order has not been delivered yet!
Worst of all and most revolting is the store manager's negligence to solve the problem, because instead of looking for solutions, she only presents excuses that are not consistent with the truth, as they are easily disputed!

Gerente sempre em reunião e não pode atender o cliente. Péssimo pós vendas o que interessa a loja é vender e ter um bom lucro encima do cliente e depois ahhhh vc assinou um contrato isso é o que irão dizer a Vc.
Não comprem NADA NESSA loja pois não trabalham com Honestidade e Vcs serão enganados como eu fui e terão prejuízo financeiro

Manager always in meeting and cannot attend to the customer. Bad after sales, what matters to the store is to sell and have a good profit on top of the customer and then ahhhh you signed a contract that's what they will tell you.
Do not buy anything from this store because they do not work with honesty and you will be deceived like I was and you will have financial loss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não são ruins, são péssimos. Combinam uma data de entrega e não se dão o trabalho de avisar que não vão cumprir. Largaram peças na portaria do meu prédio, no elevador de serviço que quebrou com piso dentro e danificou o elevador. Tive que pagar funcionários do prédio para retirar o piso e levar no meu apartamento. Não conseguem resolver um problema, não sabem passar informações. Tem material que vai atrasar um mês a entrega. Enfim, acho difícil encontrar um atendimento tão ruim em outro lugar.
