★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive atendimento ruim... aparentemente o atendente não acreditava no potencial de compra. Não apresentou os produtos com convicção e parecia se esquivar dos questionamentos que fazia a respeito das características dos porcelanatos.
A disposição dos produtos é ruim, um quase que totalmente cobrindo o outro e o vendedor(a) não parecia ter interesse em demonstrar os pisos.
Não é por ser loja de fábrica que os vendedores devem aguardar somente arquitetos e afins, e sim estar preparados para atender bem qualquer potencial cliente.
Espero que tenham atendimento melhor.
I had bad service ... apparently the attendant did not believe in the purchase potential. He did not present the products with conviction and seemed to avoid the questions he asked about the characteristics of porcelain tiles.
The layout of the products is poor, one almost completely covering the other and the seller (a) did not seem interested in demonstrating the floors.
It is not because it is a factory store that salespeople should expect only architects and the like, but be prepared to serve any potential customer well.
I hope you have better service.
