★ ★ ★ ★ ★ para nos recepcionar, usaram o filtro irritante de stand imobiliário, querendo saber o último vendedor que tinha nos atendido e apesar de minha esposa ter dito 3 vezes que o vendedor não trabalhava mais lá, não acreditaram. Até o mala dizer, "é não trabalha mais aqui". Depois uma "arquiteta" que falava mais baixo que alguém morrendo, nos atendeu. Quando apontei um revestimento que me interessou, precisou repetir 3 vezes que estava fora de linha, para eu entender, na terceira ela ficou irritada, e eu mais, pois não deveria estar no mostruário a peça.Para completar a péssima experiência, cálculos aumentados, com justificativa de necessidade de sobra acima de 30%, e pressão ridícula de "se fechar hoje tem 3% de desconto! ou seja, nesta loja não volto!!!!

Recomendo fortemente consultar a situação da empresa, que me parece estar entrando em falência. Só no reclame aqui tem cerca de 500 reclamações recentes, quase todas por falta de entrega da mercadoria. Precisarei entrar com advogado para ver se recebo meu dinheiro de volta. FUJA DA PORTOBELLO. CILADA.

Gerência e coordenação sem experiência e sem qualificação para soluções de problema com o cliente. Minha esposa comprou na loja foi muita bem atendida na hora de comprar! Mas o pós venda, não tem o mesmo tratamento e o gerente que sempre era prestativo na hora de vender. Na hora do problema, se esconde e sempre que minha esposa ligava ele nunca estava disponível.
Tivemos um problema na instalação de uma peça que demorou meses para que o problema fosse resolvido.
Tudo bem! Como lição não compraremos em lugar nenhum só pelo nome.
O problema foi resolvido! Mas só a dor de cabeça e extresse que gerou. Não valeu a pena.

Nada foi entregue no dia, após uma semana tentando compreender o que houve recebi nova data de entrega, quando novamente nada foi entregue. Decidi cancelar o pedido pois já estava com mais de 20 dias de atraso, as funcionarias solicitaram mais alguns dias de prazo que novamente não foi cumprido. Solicitei o cancelamento e há uma semana espero confirmação do mesmo!!!!
I made a purchase in September with delivery forecast for October 1st. Nothing was delivered that day, after a week of trying to understand what happened I received a new delivery date, when again nothing was delivered. I decided to cancel the order because it was already more than 20 days late, the employees asked for a few more days of deadline, which again was not met. I requested a cancellation and I've been waiting for confirmation for a week!!!!

A visita é ideal para verificar cores e texturas, que nem sempre são fiéis em fotografias e vídeos. Uma coisa importante é que muitos dos acabamentos expostos estão disponíveis somente sob encomenda com prazos de entrega muitas vezes superiores a 45 dias.
