★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenderam-me bem durante anos a fio. Porém a última vez foi lamentável, fizeram-me de otário, pato, trouxa, de idiota etc.
Levei um braço de um portão pivotante para conserto, a placa estava perfeita visto que apenas havia um problema mecânico nesse braço.
Deixei para conserto e horas depois uma moça ligou pedindo que levasse a placa para teste. Argumentei a conversa que tive onde afirmaram que a placa estava perfeita. Bem, levei a placa para teste, as soldas estavam perfeitas, e também, neste dia, fui retirar o braço. Cheguei bem cedo (9h) e só foram testar a placa lá pelas 11:30. Conclusão, devolveram uma placa um pouco mais suja e com marcas de solda nos optoacopladores; instalei a placa e a mesma não funcionou. Fui reclamar e dai trataram-me com desdem e vitimismo, o proprietário surtou comigo. Arquei com o prejuízo comprando outra placa em outra loja PPA. E dispensei de vez a Portelli de minhas compras.

I took an arm from a pivoting gate for repair, the sign was perfect since there was only a mechanical problem in that arm.
I left it for repair and hours later a girl called asking me to take the plate for testing. I argued the conversation I had where they said the sign was perfect. Well, I took the plate for testing, the welds were perfect, and also, on this day, I went to remove the arm. I arrived very early (9am) and only went to test the sign around 11:30 am. In conclusion, they returned a slightly more dirty plate with weld marks on the optocouplers; I installed the card and it didn't work. I went to complain and then they treated me with disdain and victimism, the owner freaked out with me. I took the loss by buying another card at another PPA store. And I dismissed my purchases from Portelli once and for all.
