A começar pelos quartos, extremamente modernos, limpos, ambiente feito com cuidado e muito confortável! Café da manhã é perfeito, assim como o atendimento na área da piscina. Piscina essa que é total diferencial: agua salinizada (sem a necessidade de cloro) e ambiente confortável, super relaxante. Isso tudo fora o carinho e cuidado dos funcionários. Experiencia perfeita, superou totalmente as expectativas. Um dos melhores que fiquei em todo o Nordeste.
I was already impressed by photos, but they can't represent how perfect the location is!
Starting with the rooms, extremely modern, clean, environment done with care and very comfortable! Breakfast is perfect, as is the service at the pool area. This pool is a total differential: saline water (without the need for chlorine) and a comfortable, super relaxing environment. This was all apart from the affection and care of the employees. Perfect experience, totally surpassed expectations. One of the best I've stayed in across the Northeast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor pousada que já ficamos até hoje em vários quesitos: quartos limpos, novíssimos com uma “sala de estar”, banheiro novo e limpo bem arejado, café da manhã bem servido (sem dúvida servem a melhor tapioca que provei no RN - e olha que eu e meu marido passamos por São Miguel do Gostoso, Pipa e Ponta Negra). Funcionários bem simpáticos e solícitos. Localização excelente! Andamos a pé todos os dias para a rua dos restaurantes e era uma delícia a caminhada. A piscina nem se fala (a melhor que fomos até hoje - pedras diferenciadas que, pela explicação da funcionária, garante a piscina mais quente a noite e foi isso que aconteceu). Serviço de piscina excelente… tomamos drink e as bruschettas fenomenais). Portofino, estão de parabéns!!!!!!! Voltarei com certeza. Podem fechar sem um pingo de susto.
The best inn we've stayed at until today in several aspects: clean rooms, brand new with a "living room", new and clean bathroom, well ventilated, well served breakfast (without a doubt they serve the best tapioca I've tasted in RN - and look that my husband and I passed through São Miguel do Gostoso, Pipa and Ponta Negra). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location! We walked every day to the street of restaurants and it was a delight to walk. The pool isn't even mentioned (the best we've been to date - different stones that, according to the employee's explanation, guarantee the hottest pool at night and that's what happened). Excellent pool service… we had drinks and the phenomenal bruschetta). Portofino, congratulations!!!!!!! I will be back for sure. They can close without an iota of fright.

I don't usually rate but this one deserves it. Almost all requirements reach perfection, in the smallest details. Courtesy, politeness of staff, cleanliness, and superior accommodations. Exquisite breakfast and attention to the smallest details. Everything works perfectly. It's worth it. !!!!!!

Very new hostel with excellent structure! Large rooms, with beautiful decor and direct access to the pool, which is a show in itself! Staff very attentive and polite. I recommend!
