★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei esse hotel em 2016 e vim em 2022 na mesma época que foi no Carnaval e continua do mesmo jeito. Não está bem cuidado. E com problemas de Internet nos quartos. A comida está bem servida e com variações e o teleférico está funcionando. A TV os canais não funcionam bem.
 I visited this hotel in 2016 and came in 2022 at the same time as Carnival and it's still the same. It's not well taken care of. And with Internet problems in the rooms. The food is well served and with variations and the cable car is working. The TV channels don't work well.

Um senhor se dizendo proprietário do hotel sendo muito arrogante com um motorista que estava lá trabalhando e esperando nós hóspedes. Não recomendo de forma alguma, precisam aprender a tratar as pessoas.
I witnessed a very unpleasant scene.
A gentleman claiming to be the owner of the hotel being very arrogant with a driver who was there working and waiting for us guests. I don't recommend it at all, they need to learn to treat people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do Hotel o serviço é,de primeira qualidade os funcionários, são bem educados e prestativos. Um erro do hotel, e quem nem todos os,quartos tem wi-fi fora isso eu recomendo a hospedagem.
I really like the hotel, the service is top notch, the staff are very polite and helpful. A mistake of the hotel, and who not all rooms have wi-fi other than that I recommend the accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um paraíso em Angra do Reis, com excelente atendimento dos seus colaboradores, com destaque para o senhor Carlos (gerente de turno) pessoa de tamanha grandeza. Local para descanso com a família, dias leves e felizes, excelente limpeza, comida muito boa. Fora a paisagem e a praia que os hóspedes tem acesso que é espetacular. Super recomendo e já penso em voltar
A paradise in Angra do Reis, with excellent service from its employees, especially Mr. Carlos (shift manager), a person of such greatness. Place to rest with the family, light and happy days, excellent cleaning, very good food. Apart from the landscape and the beach that guests have access to, which is spectacular. I highly recommend and I'm already thinking about going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, lugar lindo, localização fácil. Gastronomia com tempero excelente, porém pouca variedade. Hotel com arquitetura muito antiga e algumas coisas necessitando manutenção ou serem trocadas. Porém tudo muito limpo.
Great service, beautiful place, easy location. Gastronomy with excellent seasoning, but little variety. Hotel with very old architecture and some things needing maintenance or being replaced. But all very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local do hotel é maravilhoso. Porém necessita de manutenção TOTAL. Banheiro com azulejos quebrados, teto sem forro com ripa em madeiras quebradas , piscina com azulejos quebrados também , deck interditado e café da manhã bem fraco. Não tinha nem bolo com cobertura .
The hotel's location is wonderful. However, it needs TOTAL maintenance. Bathroom with broken tiles, unlined ceiling with slatted wood, swimming pool with broken tiles too, closed deck and very poor breakfast. There wasn't even a cake with icing.
