Em 13 de janeiro soube q o pedido teria sido encaminhado para fábrica em 11 de janeiro e os 60 dias seriam contados a partir de então. No início de março fomos comunicados de um pequeno atraso mas tudo bem, também estávamos atrasados com a obra.Mas já estamos no final de Abril e até agora sem previsão de entrega. Estamos com muitos transtornos devido à casa toda aberta, muita poeira, chuva e riscos qto à segurança. Infelizmente não basta o produto ser de excelente qualidade e a prestaçao do serviço ruim. Não é razoável tamanha demora. Muito desrespeito com o consumidor.
We ordered in November 2018 and the delivery time was 60 days. On January 13, he learned that the order would have been shipped to the factory on January 11 and the 60 days would be counted thereafter. At the beginning of March we were notified of a small delay but that's fine, we were also late with the work. But we are already at the end of April and so far without any delivery forecast. We are in a lot of trouble because of the whole house, a lot of dust, rain and security risks. Unfortunately it is not enough that the product is of excellent quality and the rendering of bad service. Such a delay is unreasonable. Very disrespectful to the consumer.
