O correto seria ele trocar com seu fornecedor, estamos falando de 4 hs de uso que apresentou o problema. Não recomendo, nunca fui tratado com tanto descaso. Não se deram nem o trabalho de tentar com seu fornecedor a troca.
Horrible! I bought a soldering machine that stuck the next day and the store did not want to know. He said that I should seek technical assistance that asked me 20 days to give an award. The correct one would be to exchange it with your supplier, we are talking about 4 hours of use that presented the problem. I would not recommend it, I've never been treated so casually. They did not even bother to try with their supplier for the exchange.
