★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esta deixando muito a desejar, hj pela segunda vez consecutiva a lavagem ficou péssima, reclamei para o rapaz responsável que o carro não havia sido limpo corretamente, inclusive nem passou pano no parabrisas, e mesmo assim não ficou a contento. Absurdo pagar 65 reais numa lavagem e ficar ruim.
 Unfortunately this leaves a lot to be desired, today for the second time in a row the washing was terrible, I complained to the guy in charge that the car had not been cleaned properly, he didn't even wipe the windshield, and even then he was not satisfied. Absurd to pay 65 reais in a wash and get bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro e ruim... Tive que pedir pra secar algumas partes e aspirar outras, além do console que ficou sujo e as rodas... Paguei 48 reais pra lavar com queresone mas não fez nenhuma diferença... Continuou o teto sujo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o serviço rápido, o preço está dentro do praticado no bairro.
Só não gostei que tentam vender produtos mais caros, sem necessidade. Como por exemplo: que meu carro precisava de 2 lavagens para tirar toda a sujeira!
Tirando esse episódio: gostei do serviço e da rapidez!
The staff are very friendly and the service is fast, the price is within the range practiced in the neighborhood.
I just didn't like that they try to sell more expensive products, unnecessarily. For example: that my car needed 2 washes to remove all the dirt!
Apart from this episode: I liked the service and the speed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rapaz que faz a triagem não quis lavar meu carro. Cobrou RS 150,00 para lavar o carro. Disse pra ele que era uma.lavagem simples aí me cobrou 80,00. Era isso ou podia ir embora. Fui embora.
Disse que era por avaliação do gerente.
Não recomendo... Muito carro e o serviço não é tudo isso!!!!
The guy doing the sorting didn't want to wash my car. Charged Rs 150.00 to wash the car. I told him it was a simple wash and then he charged me 80.00. It was that or I could leave. I left.
Said it was for the manager's assessment.
I do not recommend... Too much car and the service is not all that!!!!

Eu mudei de bairro, e mesmo assim, arrumo uma forma de voltar la e lavar o carro com eles. E ainda tem o o clube de fidelidade que vai acumulando lavagens ate ganhar uma lavagem gratuita. Parabéns!

I moved to another neighborhood, and even so, I find a way to go back there and wash the car with them. And there's still the loyalty club that accumulates washes until you win a free wash. Congratulations!

o valor da lavagem é mediante avaliação! Logo pensei já vem o jeitinho Brasileiro de levar vantagem!
Aí disse, como assim, eu quero pagar pela lavagem conforme sua tabela de preço, e o atendente continuou a dizer que não, não é assim que funciona, depende do grau de sujeira do carro, aí falei pra ele tirar a tabela e informar isso para os clientes, pra que tabela se é por avaliação! Resumindo sai de lá completamente frustrado com este tipo de abordagem, minha lavagem era R$ 62,00 eles queriam cobrar R$ 80,00, malandragem pura com o consumidor!
Infelizmente existe estabelecimentos assim, deveriam ficar agradecidos de ter um cliente com plano fidelidade, eu sempre usei o serviço deles ha anos, lavava o carro 4 vezes no mês.... agora não receberá mais meus 300 reais mensais...
