★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fone jabra da empresa que após 30 dias apresentou falha. A empresa se prontificou em auxiliar na troca junto a marca. Deu tudo certo, recebi o novo fone que está funcionando bem. Como é uma empresa nova e possui poucas informações na internet, a demora nos retornos por parte da empresa me deixaram bastante insegura. Tive que fazer contato várias vezes para receber retorno sobre cada etapa do processo de troca. Mas deu tudo certo.
 I bought a jabra phone from the company that after 30 days failed. The company volunteered to assist in the exchange with the brand. Everything went fine, I received the new phone which is working fine. As it is a new company and has little information on the internet, the delay in returns from the company made me very insecure. I had to make contact several times to receive feedback on each step of the exchange process. But it all worked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez estou tendo problemas com este fornecedor. Comprei um fone Jabra 75e. Ele estava com bateria boa mas o ANC começou a falhar no primeiro mês de uso. Solicitei a troca, e com muito custo, consegui trocar. A empresa é muito demorada nos retornos e não dá muita atenção no pós vendas. Consegui finalmente, depois de muito custo, receber um produto "novo". Mas desde que recebi, percebo que a bateria nunca carrega 100%, chega só até o nível médio, e logo acaba, logo fica baixa, e isso faz com que os áudios comece a falhar. Parece que a bateria já veio viciada. No dia que recebi a caixa, percebi que ela estava meio manchada com gordura, o que achei estranho, enfim, mas como tinha sido muito custoso a troca, estava aliviada por ter outro produto, mas, fui percebendo inicialmente que a bateria nunca carregava. Agora, ela descarrega muito rápido. E o ANC no terceiro mês começou a chiar também, da mesma forma como o primeiro fone. Este fone tem 2 anos de garantia pelo fabricante, e eu estou desde o dia 17 de janeiro tentando contato com a Portus para acionar a garantia do fabricante, e eles nem respondem, parece uma empresa fantasma. Enfim, estou com um produto com 2 falhas agora, parece que trocam o fone novo que eu comprei por um usado.
Once again I'm having problems with this supplier. I bought a Jabra 75e headset. It had good battery but the ANC started to fail in the first month of use. I asked for an exchange, and with a lot of cost, I managed to exchange it. The company takes a long time to respond and doesn't pay much attention to after sales. I finally managed, after much effort, to receive a "new" product. But since I received it, I notice that the battery never charges 100%, it only reaches the medium level, and then it runs out, then it gets low, and that makes the audios start to fail. It looks like the battery is already defective. The day I received the box, I noticed that it was a little smeared with grease, which I thought was strange, anyway, but as the exchange had been very expensive, I was relieved to have another product, but I initially noticed that the battery never charged. Now, it downloads very fast. And the ANC in the third month started to squeak too, just like the first phone. This phone has a 2 year manufacturer's warranty, and I've been trying to contact Portus since January 17th to trigger the manufacturer's warranty, and they don't even respond, it seems like a ghost company. Anyway, I have a product with 2 faults now, it seems that they change the new phone I bought for a used one.
