★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse eu daria nenhuma estrela, os atendentes são educados, mais o telefone quando ligamos e atende vai para espera e depois começa uma zuada horrível.... fora a entrega que sempre dar alguma coisa passo o dia esperando em casa e nada de aparecer carteiro e depois fala que não foi atendido, falta de compromisso
 If I could I would give no stars, the attendants are polite, but the phone when we call and answer goes to wait and then starts a horrible laugh .... outside the delivery that always give something I spend the day waiting at home and nothing to show up postman and then says he was not attended, lack of commitment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só consigo postar se colocar 1 estrela, pois pela experiência que eu tive, merecia um zero. Nunca vi tanta incompetência junto... Primeiro, o telefone é só de enfeite... NINGUÉM ATENDE... Quando fui pessoalmente nessa linda estatal, fui informada que a minha encomenda havia sido roubada e que deveria esperar um prazo para os correios mandar o valor para o site, para que o mesmo me devolvesse... Todas as vezes que peço algo e vejo que é os Correios que fará a entrega, já sei que vai ser confusão... É fora de série o descaso dessa instituição com a população... O horário de atendimento é ridículo, considerando que parte da população trabalha, e só funciona em dias úteis e em horários inconvenientes... De todos os transtornos que os Correios já me causou, não dá para relatar nem a metade... Resumindo: O serviço dos Correios é uma vergonha, se não fosse uma estatal, já teria falido a muito tempo.

When I went in person to this beautiful state-owned company, I was informed that my parcel had been stolen and that I should wait for a deadline for the post office to send it the value for the site, so that it could be returned to me... Every time I ask for something and I see that it is the Post Office that will deliver it, I know it will be a mess... The negligence of this institution with the population... The opening hours are ridiculous, considering that part of the population works, and it only works on weekdays and at inconvenient hours... Of all the inconveniences that the Post Office has caused me, I can't report even half ... In short: The postal service is a disgrace, if it were not a state-owned company, it would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ! Correios nunca passa no endereço depois coloca q ñ foi atendido sem nunca ter passado. Correios tem telefone mas só serve pra infeite porque nunca atende. Tá é na hora de privatizar mesmo os correios. Porque esse serviço ñ está sendo favorável a população o tanto de reclamações q tem esses dias passou no jornal de Palmas falando sobre esses problemas, e que parece q continua os mesmo problemas. Deixo aqui minha insatisfação com os correios de Palmas.
Awful! The post office never goes to the address, then puts it that it was not answered without ever having passed. The post office has a phone but it's only useful because they never answer. It's time to privatize the post office. Because this service is not being favorable to the population, the amount of complaints that have these days passed in the Palmas newspaper talking about these problems, and it seems that the same problems continue. I leave here my dissatisfaction with the post office in Palmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei a manhã toda tentando ligar e quando era atendido toca uma música súper aguda, um descaso. Deveriam colocar também no site informando que as 12h eles fecham e só abrem novamente as 14h para evitar que as pessoas sejam feitas de trouxas como eu fui!!!!!
I spent the whole morning trying to call and when I was answered, a super high-pitched song plays, a lack of attention. They should also put it on the website stating that at 12 pm they close and only open again at 2 pm to prevent people from being made of fools like I was!!!!!
