Deram o contato para meu filho , porque ele saiu de Barra Mansa para pegar a habilitação e com os exames prontos e Duda pago , saiu sem a habilitação porque a CIRETRAN estava com problemas. Ele liga várias vezes, chama e ninguém atende, depois dá a entender que tiraram do gancho porque só dá ocupado.
Very bad service! They gave the contact to my son, because he left Barra Mansa to get the license and with the exams ready and Duda paid, he left without the license because CIRETRAN was having problems. He calls several times, calls and no one answers, then hints that they took it off the hook because it's only busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Horrível, Agendamento online com datas marcadas e horários sendo que o sistema está fora. Não dar nenhum comprovante dizendo que o sistema estar fora para ao mesmo que precisa passar para superior no seu trabalho. Faz a pessoa chegar até o pólo para informar que o sistema ta fora, assim se descolando do seu trabalho para tentar resolver.. E NÃO RESOLVE NADA ...
Horrible service, online scheduling with dates and times when the system is out. Do not give any proof saying that the system is out for even that you need to go up in your work. It makes the person go to the pole to inform that the system is out, thus detaching himself from his work to try to solve it.. AND IT DOES NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Como todo serviço público do estado do Rio uma m&$rd@. Agendei a renovação da CNH e quando cheguei lá não pude ser atendido porque disse a agente que não tinha sistema... Então como eu consegui marcar??? Descaso total. Parabéns governo Cláudio Castro.. é o pior!!!
Terrible!! Like every public service in the state of Rio a m&$rd@. I scheduled the renewal of the driver's license and when I got there I couldn't be seen because I told the agent that there was no system... So how did I manage to make an appointment??? Total neglect. Congratulations Cláudio Castro government.. it's the worst!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saí de Valença pra ir lá fazer prova teórica pra CNH e chegando lá não estavam fazendo, mulher muito ignorante que me atendeu. Poderiam ter avisado que não estariam realizando provas por uma semana, minha prova foi marcada um dia antes. Gasolina cara do jeito que está, fui lá atoa!
I left Valença to go there to take a theoretical test for my CNH and when I got there they weren't doing it, a very ignorant woman who attended to me. They could have warned me that they wouldn't be taking tests for a week, my test was scheduled a day before. Expensive gasoline the way it is, I went there for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me surpreendi com o atendimento!!! Muito educados e prestativos, porém o sistema do Detran em sim, é péssimo!!! Qto ao atendimento, fiquei muito satisfeito.
I was surprised by the service!!! Very polite and helpful, but the Detran system itself is terrible!!! As for the service, I was very satisfied.
