★ ★ ★ ★ ★ faz 5 dia que to ligando la mais ninguém atente e quando me atenderam que foi hoje colocaram na mesa e deixaram la eu fiquei por 10 minutos ouvindo pessoas conversando e ninguém si quer falo alo bom dia para mim no telefone e desliguei e e estou tentando ate agora só da ocupado, como pode ser assim se não quer atender telefone os correios tem que retirar então o mesmo, e colocar atendimento só presencial não fazer isso com as pessoas.....
it's been 5 days since I've been calling anyone else and when they answered me they put it on the table today and left it for 10 minutes listening to people talking and nobody wants to say hello good morning to me on the phone and hung up and I'm trying so far only busy, how can it be like that if you don’t want to answer the phone, the post office has to remove the same, and put in person attendance only, do not do this with people .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligo por varias vezes e não atendem o telefone, acho q o telefone deles serve pra enfeitar a mesa eu acho, esta empresa deve ser privatizada, assim vai ter funcionários competentes e capas de dar um melhor atendimento ao publico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de empresa, precisa ser privatizada urgente, a encomenda fica vários dias parada no centro de distribuição, não entregam em casa e nem permite retirar (devido à pandemia), o telefone então sem chance de atender, infelizmente pagamos um serviço caro, pagamos imposto e recebemos um desserviço desse ?.
Company waste, urgent need to be privatized, the order stays for several days at the distribution center, does not deliver at home and does not allow to be removed (due to the pandemic), the phone then has no chance of answering, unfortunately we pay an expensive service, we pay tax and we received a disservice from that ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ter uma experiência péssima com uma entrega dos correios. O entregador estava de motorista e parou em frente de casa buzinou ininterruptamente umas 5 vezes. Fui falar pra ele se da próxima vez ele poderia fazer o "favor" de chamar pelo nome ao invés de buzinar tanto pois assim como ele eu estava trabalhando, sou Professor e estava dando aula. O mesmo respondeu, de maneira grosseira, que era dessa maneira que ele trabalhava.
Esse é uma pequena mostra do nível de instrução, educação e profissionalismo de grande parte da sociedade. Reflete também o descaso das instituições públicas em preparar e capacitar seus funcionários.
I just had a really bad experience with a courier delivery. The delivery man was driving and stopped in front of the house and honked uninterruptedly about 5 times. I went to tell him if next time he could do the "favor" of calling his name instead of honking so much because like him I was working, I'm a Professor and I was teaching. The same replied, rudely, that this was the way he worked.
This is a small sample of the level of education, education and professionalism of a large part of society. It also reflects the neglect of public institutions in preparing and training their employees.
