★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém nunca atende o telefone, não fazen as entregas como deveria! Estava para receber um celular e disseram que fizeram 3 tentativas de entraga sendo que não fizeram nem uma! Tenho as gravações das câmeras de segurança para provar que não vinheram na minha residência... estou com uma encomenda na agência a alguns dias, mais não atualizan, o rastreio só diz que não chegou na agência. Acho que está vindo de Recife a pé, só pode!
Nobody ever answers the phone, they don't deliver as they should! I was about to receive a cell phone and they said they made 3 delivery attempts and they didn't even make one! I have the recordings from the security cameras to prove that they didn't come to my residence... I've had a package at the agency for a few days, but they don't update, the tracking just says it didn't arrive at the agency. I think you're coming from Recife on foot, you can only!

Enviei duas encomendas para uma rede de mercados desta cidade e as encomendas estão paradas nesta agencia ... ninguem atende telefone ... os obejetos não foram entregues e para retirar estão solicitando procuração com poderes para retirar em nome do mercado ... é uma rede gigante com participação em varios estados ... LIXO DE AGENCIA

não entregam no meu endereço nem ao menos ligam para avisar que se não for buscar vai o produto vai voltar.?

Horas de fila pra entregar um pacote, fora todas as vezes que minhas compras online NUNCA chegaram pq os correios não acertam meu endereço, quase sempre preciso tentar contatar os correios pra explicar meu endereço, mas o telefone está sempre ocupado. E se eu tiver que ir até os correios pra pegar meu pacote, serão horas numa fila.
Terrible service. Hours of queue to deliver a package, apart from all the times my online purchases NEVER arrived because the post office doesn't get my address, I almost always have to try to contact the post office to explain my address, but the phone is always busy. And if I have to go to the post office to get my package, it will be hours in line.
