★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço e atendimento excelentes, indico para quaisquer serviços que necessitem de xerox ou acesso a computadores. Pecam um pouco nas encomendas ao qual a empresa também se propõe, não pela qualidade do serviço em si, mas sim pelo marketing da empresa que não deixa claro o motivo pelo qual foi criada (oferecer nova opção de postagem) e por isso não ganhou todas as estrelas pois passou a ser mais uma papelaria / Lan house do que efetivamente pra que foi criada.
Excellent price and service, I recommend for any services that require photocopying or access to computers. Sin a little in the orders that the company also proposes, not for the quality of the service itself, but for the marketing of the company that does not make clear the reason why it was created (offer a new post option) and that is why it did not win all the stars because it became more of a stationery / Lan house than it was actually created for.

E pior porque o que vc pode dizer a gente tão educadas nada só chorar !!!
It was very difficult, I didn't like the experience at all, the staff are all polite but it doesn't solve the problem!
And worse because what you can say to people so polite nothing just cry !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui e Postnet não Fedex. As moças deram um atendimento ótimo. Não consegui mandar o envelope pela DHL porque a companhia não presta mas ajudaram me e consegui mandar pela Fedex. Excelente serviço
Here and Postnet not Fedex. The girls gave an excellent service. I couldn't send the envelope through DHL because the company sucks, but they helped me and I managed to send it through Fedex. Excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu paguei quase 300,00 pra enviar com emergência uma folha de documento pros Estados Unidos, deveria ter sido entregue na segunda feira dia 21/03/22, pois era emergencial, já é quase meia noite indo pra quarta feira e o meu número de rastreio me diz que o documento saiu do Brasil hoje 22/03/22, eu paguei 220,00 reais pra uma mentira, um péssimo serviço. É esse o serviço emergencial caríssimo que vcs prestam?? Eu não indico e estou extremamente desapontada! Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta!
I paid almost 300.00 to send an emergency sheet of document to the United States, it should have been delivered on Monday 03/21/22, because it was an emergency, it's almost midnight going to Wednesday and my phone number tracking tells me that the document left Brazil today 03/22/22, I paid 220.00 reais for a lie, a terrible service. Is this the very expensive emergency service you provide?? I do not recommend and I am extremely disappointed! I want my money back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are sending any package to Sao Paulo Brasil from USA do not use Fedex. My friend from Alagoas warned me about not sending package there. They held my package in customs after I declared value previously. Now they wont send my package to the recipient and they want to charge me money to return it. They intend to charge me by opening up a free account and asking for my debit card. I asked why the debit card, and the Manager simply said that I was going to be charged to return package
The best thing to do is to travel there yourself and give it personally.
