Fui pessoalmente, recepção confusa mas marcaram uma aula experimental ( dia e hora marcada ).
Aula iniciou com 16 alunos ( detalhe Max 10 alunos ). Após 10 min já na quadra, retiraram 2 alunas experimentais.
Não fizemos a aula agendada.
O jogo segue com 14 pessoas .......

Bad service on whatzap...
I went in person, reception confused but they arranged an experimental class (day and time).
Class started with 16 students (detail Max 10 students). After 10 minutes already on the court, they removed 2 experimental students.
We didn't do the scheduled class.
The game continues with 14 people .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao local para pegar informações e a recepcionista estava sem máscara (em frente à placa que dizia ser obrigatório o uso de máscaras por todos), depois o professor que estava saindo da quadra tb sem máscara e, para finalizar, a moça da cantina mexendo em alimentos sem máscara.
Como prezo por locais que cumpram as legislações vigentes, não confio na equipe desta academia para qualquer tipo de relação comercial.
I went to the place to get information and the receptionist was without a mask (in front of the sign that said it is mandatory to wear masks for all), then the teacher who was leaving the court without a mask and, finally, the girl from the canteen stirring in food without mask.
As I appreciate places that comply with current legislation, I do not trust the staff of this academy for any type of business relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma aula experimental de tenis hoje (ja tinha ido na de volei semana passada sem problemas, além da dificuldade de falar com eles naquele WhatsApp!). Yive um imprevisto e cheguei atrasada, e me impediram de assistir a aula, sendo que em NENHUM momento avisaram isso (e eu não souadivinha).
I scheduled an experimental tennis class today (I had already gone to volleyball last week without any problems, besides the difficulty of talking to them on that WhatsApp!). Yive an unforeseen event and I arrived late, and they prevented me from attending the class, and at NO time did they say so (and I'm not a guess).
