★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência muito desagradável na manhã de 4/12/2020, aproximadamente às 8h50min com esse posto (posto Aguia, av. Poty). O pior que não consigo entrar em contato com algum canal de atendimento, em nenhum lugar encontro o telefone de lá, e não fica uma gerência permanente no local. Trata-se de uma insatisfação tremenda por conta da falta de atenção de um frentista, que além de estar errado ainda ficou batendo boca comigo. Mostrando-se um total despreparo para tratar com o público. Acredito eu que não faz parte da política da empresa tal postura. Mas seguirei tentando um contato.
I had a very unpleasant experience on the morning of 4/12/2020, at approximately 8.50 am with that post (Aguia post, av. Poty). The worst thing is that I can't get in touch with any service channel, I don't find the phone there anywhere, and there is no permanent management on site. It is a tremendous dissatisfaction due to the lack of attention of a gas station attendant, who besides being wrong was still talking with me. Showing a total unpreparedness to deal with the public. I believe that such a stance is not part of the company's policy. But I will keep trying to contact you.
